About Project
During our collaboration with Ermitage, a business specializing in the purchase and sale of luxury Swiss watch brands in Atlanta, GA, we were tasked with developing a robust branding strategy and launching a new version of their online store. This project aimed to elevate Ermitage's digital presence, aligning it with the exclusivity and high value of the watches they offer.
We developed a concept for a gradual transition from a basic online store to an exclusive, members-only club for luxury watch owners. This long-term strategy is designed to evolve the project steadily and includes specific KPIs to measure the success of each phase.
