Mega Modz offers a wide variety of customizations for gaming controllers including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The Controller Creator platform enables personalization with diverse colors, textures, and materials, ensuring that each controller reflects the individuality of its owner.
The Controller Creator from Mega Modz caters to a range of preferences, from simple designs to advanced configurations. Compatible with popular games like Call of Duty and Fortnite, it also features a unique Macro Controller for the PS5, enhancing gameplay with customizable macro and turbo functions.

Concept
We developed the Controller Creator functionality, allowing users to instantly preview how the controller will look after applying visual options. It offers a wide range of visual elements in various styles and textures for customization, enabling users to see their potential choices in real-time.
Prototyping
Work Process
The current version was launched in 2018 after six months of intensive development. Beyond building the constructor functionality, significant effort went into developing a custom management system, integrating with an online warehouse, connecting payment processing, and designing a client dashboard.
Mobile
First
Anticipating that most users would access from mobile devices, we adopted a Mobile First approach in developing the UX interface for our e-commerce site. This strategy ensured an optimal user experience on mobile devices, maintaining both style and functionality.

Functionality
A powerful online sales platform for Modded and Custom Controllers and gaming accessories has been developed, enhancing the user shopping experience.
Processes for inventory management, component availability, affiliate integration, payment processing, and delivery systems have been fully automated, ensuring operational efficiency.
CRM & CMS
A custom platform with flexible role differentiation has been developed, enabling complete remote management of not only the website but the entire business
Constructor
In preparation for the project launch, over 5000 photos for the Controller Constructor were manually taken and processed
Integrations
Integrations have been implemented with a large group of third-party systems and services, including Stripe, PayPal, FedEx, and Tapfiliate
Mobile Devices
For mobile devices, we have achieved excellent UX to ensure that selecting a controller or making a purchase is as convenient as possible
