About Project
Kvanta is an educational club focusing on mathematics, programming, and astronomy for students in grades 5-9. It is led by a group of dedicated students and alumni who use their own experiences to teach middle school children. Founded in 2016, the club's primary goal is to teach those who are eager to think outside the box.
We developed a website for Kvanta that has revolutionized the recruitment process for various courses, provided students with access to learning materials, and offered a clear understanding of the educational process. This digital platform ensures that Kvanta continues to inspire and educate young minds effectively.

Concept
Although the website is primarily aimed at parents, we designed it to appeal to teenagers, the actual users of our educational product. We aimed to capture the essence of adolescence — a time of significant growth and learning — in the website’s design to inspire both parents and their children.

Responsive
Design
Design is adaptive for mobile devices and tablets for easy viewing and navigation on the site. Minimum of elements was changed for mobile version so It looks stylish and comfortable in using.

Functionality
We've equipped the platform with essential functionalities for comprehensive educational use. This includes customizable registration based on user specialization, an events calendar, and invoicing options.
The platform also boasts advanced content management capabilities, allowing for detailed organization of diverse educational materials across various categories, sections, and pages.
Roles
Implemented flexible role-based access control with the foundational roles being Administrator and Student
Gateway Setup
Ability to issue invoices and process payments through the Plata by Mono billing system
Migrations
Content was seamlessly migrated from Kvanta's previous website using specialized scripts to ensure a smooth transitione
Mobile Devices
Both students and educators find the platform easy to use from mobile devices, enhancing accessibility and convenience
Project
Results
- The new website has successfully doubled the monthly influx of students compared to the old site, with numbers continuing to grow
- Thanks to the digitalization of registration and invoicing processes, the Kvanta team now spends 40% less time on administrative tasks than before
